OWA displaying Blanks Page
You might get this error either after an Exchange Restart, update roll up or just out of the blue . The users will complaint that when they try to access the servers they get a blank page
Usually the url Looks something like this
Url error https://mail.nmc.com.bh/owa/auth/logon.aspx?url=https://mail.nmc.com.bh/owa/&reason=0
The Resolution
Before doing anything else please make sure the " MSExchangeFBA" service is running
1) Go to Run, type services.msc
2)When the service window pops up , locate the Microsoft
Exchange Forms-Based Authentication service in the details pane.
3)Right-click the service, and then click Start./Restart. Ensure that the Exchange FBA service is running before
doing the step 4

s 4)Run Exchange Management Shell as Administrator
Find Exchange Management Shell program, then right
click on it and Run As Administrator - This is IMPORTANT. Click Yes to agree running
as administrator when pop-up appears. The console will perform its own
initialization, a Welcome Screen will appear and then you will be dropped to a
DOS Prompt (c:\Windows\system32)
5) Please run Script Fix
At flashing cursor, type the following
commands
If you are using Exchange 2010
a) CD "C:\Program
Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V14\Bin" and then press <ENTER>
b) Subdirectory will change to the above.
c) updatecas.ps1, then press <ENTER>
d) The script runs automatically on the background executing
various command. When it finishes . type exist and close the administrative
shell
If you are using Exchange 2013
a) CD "C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V15\Bin" and then press <ENTER>
b) Subdirectory will change to the above.
c) updatecas.ps1, then press <ENTER>
If you are using Exchange 2007
a) CD "C:\\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\Bin" and then press <ENTER>
b) Subdirectory will change to the above.
c)UpdateOwa.ps1, then press <ENTER>
